Question(s): Beloved Master: I understand there is no time where you are and that you're not limited by space -- that you can just think of somewhere and you're there. Also, that you don't need to eat or drink or rest or any of what might be considered "human comforts" (Correct me if I'm wrong). My question is: Is there a place that you "hang your hat" -- that you consider "home"? A place you go to when you want to "get away" or "take a break" or is so magnificent that when possible, you just go there to enjoy -- or whatever? Perhaps my perception is way off here, but if there is such a place for you, would you describe it? In the alternative, simply describe what it's like to be "in spirit" in general terms or be as specific as you wish. Answer(s): You are correct in that we do not desire the 'human comforts'. Yes, there is a place where we as you say 'hang our hat' there are beautiful places of rest where we can go to re-energize. We can create any experience we want also by our thoughts. Many souls like to participate in activities which are popular on the Earth plane such as ice skating, tennis, badminton. We do have fun in Spirit you know, we really enjoy ourselves when we let our hair down. To be "in Spirit' means to be at peace, it is as simple as that.

Question(s): Dear Maitreya, 1. I would like to ask you what the healing really is? Because I saw less spiritual people more healthy than more spiritual people, I think that the illness is a lesson to be taken, put there by the higher Self. Maybe this is the reason for sometimes, on healing, I feel I infringe the free will of the patient. Then what is healing with herbs or acupuncture -- which does not raise the consciousness of the patient. Or they does?

Healing is the energy of the Universe harnessed into a being to bring energy to the Chakra system and also to aid dis-ease in the body. Many souls who are healers do not know a great deal about what they are doing. They do not understand the metaphysics of it. I will agree with you, there are quite a lot of healers who are not well themselves.
When a soul opens to healing, and uses that energy to heal others, the energy goes through them, as well as going into the client or patient. As it goes through the healer, anything that is at dis-ease in the body, will start to be healed. This can bring about a 'healing crisis' in the healer themselves. Often, if things have been inside the Etheric body for a number of incarnations, it can take quite a time of Earth time to heal itself. Healing does not happen over night, it is a slow process. Yes, there are miracles that happen and usually this happens because the soul has already done a lot of work on themselves and just needs that final amount of energy to move the negative energy.
Many people get ill to learn lessons as you say, this can often be seen in the sixth house of the natal chart if this is to happen. No soul can infringe on the will of another with regard to healing, if a soul comes to you for healing, they make the choice to do it. The only time you infringe on their free will is if you insist on healing without their permission.
Healing does and can raise the consciousness of the patient, it brings ease and healing to dis-ease. There are many forms of healing, the healing you write about I assume is what is known as spiritual healing. However, as well as the spirit, there is the body, mind and emotions. Acupuncture, herbs, and other such healing modes heal the physical, mental and emotional. Homeopathy works on ALL levels. Naturopathy works on the physical. However, when the physical is well, the spiritual is also.

Question(s): Dear Lord Maitreya, I have been feeling the need to forgive myself and others and release all my fears. My questions:
1. If I ask the universe to help me with this in my dreams, can this be done?

3. This man has come to me many times in my dreams before to show me things. Once he asked me to decide if my grandpa was to stay with me or return to God. Question(s): I have two questions. The first one is about marriage. My husband recently had an affair and this was very hurtful to me. He says we should be able to explore deep connections and love with all people. This is very different than what I believe. I believe marriage is sacred for two people. Answer(s): I do not have a view on anything. However, many souls choose to grow through another person hurting them. It is pre-ordained from birth. This may seem hurtful to you, but it is the truth. Very often it is karmic to experience this. Often the ones who hurt you have chosen to do it for your good, you cannot see it at the time, but later it becomes apparent. There are no accidents. Just choices that people make.

This was started a long time ago by one person implying that 'The Messiah' would return. There would be those who say I am that one. Question(s): Dear Lord Maitreya: I have read a couple conflicting things about channeling spirits: firstly, that people who die continue to live on in the spirit world and influence their offshoot personalities in other lifetimes secondly, that you can't contact deceased loved ones by channeling once they have moved on into another lifetime. Answer(s): When souls pass into spirit they cannot influence those on the earth plane. Occasionally a soul will become 'earth bound' and can create a problem by trying to influence a soul on the earth plane. This happens very rarely. When it does happen the soul usually seeks help in some way. Souls who pass over do not influence their 'offshoot personalities' as you call them from spirit. Each incarnation is a totally separate experience and once it is over it is finished. Often a soul when passing, after induction back into spirit feels the need to communicate with a loved one to say sorry for something done wrong, or to just re-assure the loved one that they are fine. There is nothing wrong with this when it is done through a qualified Medium/channel.

Answer(s): Thank you for your very pertinent question. With regard to your first question. To develop ones psychic powers, or intuition, one needs to raise ones vibration to a higher level. Many souls are born with the gift, and do not need to do this, it just depends on the souls vibration. With regard to these 'cults' you mention, and other subjects. Many souls are searching for the spiritual within themselves. Many take the wrong path led by false claims or because they cannot discriminate between light and dark. One must always remember that if one gives one power away to these souls, these souls will control you. Many souls have to take the 'wrong' path before they take the 'right' path, as a part of their soul development. My channel chose to do this. We were protecting her during her exploration of the darker side of life, but she had to learn about this realm, to be able to be the teacher she is. The energies behind the 'devil' or 'evil' is simply FEAR. If one has no fear, these souls cannot manipulate you. The only energy they have to control you, is the energy you give them. Answer(s): It is the Higher Self part of you that does this. Each soul has the ability to do this, most souls have forgotten how to do so. My channel has this ability, many people know when she is with them on the Etheric level because they actually smell her perfume which is quite distinctive and rare. Some actually see her, others feel her. One needs to raise their vibration to a very high level, and most of all remove ALL fear from the soul. This will happen as the soul develops. You have this ability and have already visited my channel. You have much fear though and do not believe that you did it. Why should you not do it? Until you see yourself as a perfect being, capable of much on a spiritual level, you will continue to miss out on many experiences. As will most souls on the earth plane. Usually this action of traveling this way only occurs when there is a need for re-assurance, consolation, or teaching of the soul who is being visited. Question(s): Why is it so difficult to regain one's own personal power? It appears that in trying to do so it causes so much hurt and anger to those who want to keep you from getting it back... It appears that to some it is very important to control others, and to try to create clones of themselves... This creates much unnecessary heartache and actually increases Karma... How can one free oneself without "damaging" others, and without inviting "criticism" which is in fact very debilitating, though' it is always given with the words that it is "for your own good", and the statement that you never listen. There has to be a way that this can be done amicably and in the interests of ALL concerned...i.e....harm none... (Looking at this question it seems so simple, but in "reality", unless you ignore the feelings of others, it is close to impossible, it seems...) I thank you for looking at this. Answer(s): There is no way to deal with this problem, other than by ignoring the feelings of others. If everyone concerned themselves with just themselves and their own problems and did not interfere in others lives, the world would be a better place. Detachment is the answer. He informed me that this book would help those who were looking for an image of their Master. I chose this book to place on the site. Kinglsey Jarrett is an incredible artist and channel. The Publisher of this book I have met and she is an incredible spiritual soul. I respect Kinglseys work and his choice of images for our web site, and know that the Publisher would have been led and guided to this book also. In being so, the murder is part of the instrument that God uses to make possible to perform the unavoidable law? Answer(s): Each soul on the earth plane chooses their path of transition. For some it is to be killed by what you term a murderer. It is the purpose of spiritual teaching to enable humanity to learn that the old ways are no longer viable - an eye for an eye, is no longer acceptable. Answer(s): What you call gay persons certainly evolve. They are souls just like you. They are no different to you except they prefer same sex partners. I personally have given the name 'free' to people of this nature because they are indeed free to choose. Many free people are very spiritual and do not need transmission work to reach as you call it 'second initiation'. They have already reached it. Many free people are very advanced souls. Why should they be different to you. Why should they have to work harder than you to reach enlightenment? All of you on the earth plane are souls who are attaining mastery over the elements of the earth. Humanity will not be complete until all prejudice and 'name calling' is removed from the earth plane. Answer(s): We communicate with you by thought. Once you become intuitive to us, we can then help you and work with you. There is no 4th or 5th dimension technology on Earth at this Earth time. The pole shift is happening already and has been for many Earth years. This is why the weather patterns are changing. It will take a lot of Earth time before the shift is completed.

Question(s): It was announced that CNN is going to show live the opening of the Lost Tombs in Egypt. What role will this play and how will it affect our lives as a world? Weren't these tombs sealed for a reason? Why is man destined to prevent the gods from returning? The ball of plutonium that was sent to Jupiter if it hits is going to change our lives forever. Answer(s): The opening of the lost tombs of Egypt will not affect humanity on Earth. If humankind choose to open the tombs, that is their concern. With regard to the Plutonium, this question cannot be answered until nearer the time. Action is being taken on a spiritual level to kick start the engineering that has failed, for some engineering has failed on the rocket. The Photon Belt is connected with change, it cannot protect, it does not have the capacity. It is very likely that their will eventually be two suns in this solar system, just as there once was in another solar system. Many souls on this Earth plane are connected to that planet with two suns. Humanities consciousness will decide what will happen. I have written about human consciousness in a previous question.

Answer(s): Your question was quite understandable. There will be effects from the planets lining up, however, it will not be felt so much on a conscious level, but more on a subconscious one. All the planets affect the subtle bodies and with the line up of all the planets, each soul will feel a change, but not on the physical level so much. Globally, it will bring in much change again. However, the change will depend on how the earth plane is consciously at the time of it happening. The future of the Earth plane is being created each day. Nothing is pre-destined because mass consciousness affects the flow of energy. Many years ago astrologers and clairvoyants could see terrible disaster in the future of the Earth plane. When they saw this, the Earth plane was in a terrible state. It still is to some extent. In the last ten Earth years though, humanity has changed dramatically. More and more people are connecting with the spiritual part of themselves thanks to the teachers who have come to the Earth plane to help change humanity. Today the threat seen many years ago is not as serious.
The dismal future for the Earth seen many years ago was not wrong, it helped humanity to see WHAT could happen if it was left as it was. This prompted humanity in large numbers to turn to the spiritual, the environment and instigate change. The Energy of the Photon Belt over the last 19 years has also had a huge influence on the state of the world today. This is rather a long answer to your question but I deemed it necessary.

Answer(s): I would like to thank you for your very intelligent questions. I know that many souls will enjoy the questions and the answers. There is no language in spirit. Just thought. Thought transcends language. We do not concern ourselves with Earth language except if we use a disciple as a channel. When this happens, WE learn their language. We take on their total consciousness and blend it with ours. When I need to communicate with anyone, I use Margaret's consciousness and mine. We trained for many Earth years through directing her to books which would widen her knowledge, people who could teach her, as well as channeling through thought, information to her. She also went through many Earth years of spiritual training to take my energy. She chose to do this before she was born on the Earth Plane. Yes, souls can raise their vibration to connect with our knowledge, however if they wish to speak languages, they will have to learn them physically. There are a few souls who can speak a language when they channel, this is due to the fact that in a previous incarnation, they spoke that language and it is still in the soul memory. My channel found this with French, although she does not speak the language now.

I've received from Kuthumi reference to my "sexual self" and I read on Master Mary's page about "child self" -- are these components of the human personality they speak of? Is there more to it than that? Also, what is happening when one has split-personality or multiple personalities? Is this because they have suffered a trauma that causes them to not be able to control these various selves on a conscious level? How can one best return to wholeness in such situations? Answer(s): Yes, the child self is part of the human personality. One can create as many personalities as one likes. Usually, it is a traumatic situation which creates this. These personalities become real because energy is given to them. Once energy is given to anything, life is given to it. However, as energy is given, when it is removed, things go back to normal. Extensive therapy usually is the only way to deal with multiple personalities. Often the personalities can also be aspects of past lives. This subject is very complex and is part of the Brotherhood course, the course after the Advanced Masters course. Almost a whole day is given to the teaching (channeling) of this information. It is too complex to be explained on this page.

Question(s): I have a few questions about dreams and one about diet.1) Why do we have to sleep? Can one with the proper spiritual vibration not require sleep? 2) Why do we dream? What are dreams? Is what happens in dreams real in some way or just in a temporary thought bubble for us alone? Can dreams have effects on our karma or are dreams just the expression of things from the physical? 3) I can understand how a proper diet can ensure the proper digestion of foods and that being a vegetarian facilitates this. But is being a vegetarian essential to raising your vibration to the highest levels? Or do you want to eventually grow to where you do not even need to eat at all? (if this is possible). Answer(s): The human body needs to sleep to rest. Depending on body type, as one raises ones vibration, one does not need as much sleep. There are a few souls who only need 1 hour per night. Often you can sleep for 2 to 3 hours of Earth time, and wake up feeling refreshed. When this happens, instead of waking up and getting out of bed, most souls feel they have to go back to sleep, and that is what they do. When, in fact, they have had enough with the two or three hours of sleep they have had.
Dreams are connected to the physical body and the Etheric body. Often, they are the communication between you and us. While you dream you are actually in another dimension. Many souls know this. While you are in this state, it gives us an opportunity to teach you or give you information. This is placed in your subconscious while you are 'asleep.'
One does not have to be a vegetarian to raise ones vibration. However, if one can eat 'pure' foods, organic or meat that is killed without violence or pre-meditated, this can help the soul a great deal. Many souls actually need to eat meat at certain times in their lives. Eileen Caddy of the Findhorn Foundation is one such example. She was forced to eat red meat for her health at one time in her life, and had she not done this she would have been very ill.
My channel partakes of organic free range chicken. This in no way inhibits us from working together. She also keeps her chakra's clear on a regular basis and this helps too. There are those who profess you do not need food to live, and they actually profess to live on energy from the Universe. These souls are very few, and it takes incredible spiritual discipline to be able to do this. Each soul will and must choose its own path. For some vegetarianism is the only way. For some they have done it all of their lives and it is abhorrent for them to eat meat of any kind. For others, red meat is not suitable but chicken and fish is. Each soul must choose their own diet, and should not be condemned for doing so, for to condemn is to judge.

Answer(s): My 'definition' of your question would be: "Inner Centering and inner balancing is to do with the balancing of the spiritual body. The spiritual body IS the inner body of the trinity, body, mind and spirit. If the spirit is not centered, the body and mind cannot be centered also."

Answer(s): There is no karmic connection between Bill Clinton and Thomas Jefferson. There is a bigger picture as you state, however, this will not be seen for some Earth time yet.
