Question: - What is your view on the Urantia book? Do you agree that with the fact that it states it is written by higher beings i.e. Angels etc. and not humans?
Answer: - Bianca. Over the centuries of Earth time, many books have been channeled by spirit. Each book is marred by the personality, teaching, and background of the channel themselves. Unless they are in deep trance channel, it is unlikely that a book is on hundred percent accurate. I endorse no books, nor any teaching. Each soul has to read what they see and go with their own feelings. I am only interested in teaching of the spirit in the way that I do. It is not my place to judge or to comment on what is true and not true. All is an illusion on the Earth plane!

Question: - Dear Maitreya: A good physical condition is directly linked to a good spiritual state; this is why I permit myself to ask you the following questions: 1. Is weight lifting beneficial to the physical body or does it contributes to its wear out and premature deterioration? 2. What advantages in spiritual development can a person with a vegetarian diet have? Pablo.
Answer: - Pablo. If a soul wishes to use weight lifting as a form of exercise then it should do that. I cannot say this is right or wrong, only that it has always been a form of sport and exercise since the time of the Romans. for some souls it does wear out the joints or premature deterioration. As for your second question, when a person becomes a vegetarian, they are able to raise their vibration a lot higher. However, until they can work through their karma and their blockages, if they have any, they cannot do a great deal more.

Question: - Dear Master Maitreya, Last night I had a dream about you. You looked nothing like the pictures I have seen of you. You were pale and had long, blond hair. You told me that the ego is an illusion made up by man. I was wondering if dreams are actual contact. If so, why am I now being contacted? Thank You, Carly
Answer: - Carly. Yes, dreams are actual contact. Certain souls are receptive to visions, and when we can we appear to these souls and give them a message to show that we are really there. Each picture of me that is drawn is an interpretation of the person who draws it. Nobody has yet got the likeness exactly. It does not matter though, for it is not important. In reality, I have no physical form, I am pure spirit.

Question: - Dear Maitreya: It's difficult not to reach out and help someone when you can, when they really need it. "Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime!" A useful saying which I have heard before. However, if we don't do any feeding, how do we know for sure this person will get any teaching? Some people won't feed or try to teach others. This brings to mind a news item I heard in this country about a yr. ago. A homeless young street person had nowhere to go, and didn't qualify for any government assistance. He was found frozen over Christmas lying out on a park bench, half-dead. He lived, only later having to have his leg amputated due to this. What a Xmas present! If only someone would have stepped in to help sooner! Hard lessons sometimes. Should we always wait for a sign from spirit such as a dream, vision, etc., in order to help someone in dire need? Some of us are confused, and don't necessarily get a clear vision, knowing exactly what it applies to, do we always? Do we really ever know when the time is right? Thank you for the newsletters. Answer: - Tara. Thank you for your email. I understand your comment through the writing, however, each soul must make a decision of the direction it takes, this is called choice. The situation with the homeless street person was very sad, I do not disagree with your feelings, but he chose this way to learn, even the amputation was destined to be. If you had looked at his astrology chart you would have seen that in his chart. The world is full of people who will tell you that they helped a person and yet the person just abused them and went back to the old ways. I know many of you reading this answer will agree and know of people, or events that mirror this experience. Would this man have changed had he received help? You cannot say he would. Only he knows, and if you had helped him, and he went back to the old way, it would have been a waste of energy on your part. Far better you use the energy for your own spiritual growth than anywhere else. It is because you stay in logic, and question all that you see that you do not move forward yourself spiritually. Yes, this is true. The Self loves to ask question after question. The Higher Self just knows all. It does not need to ask questions because it trusts and accepts all that happens. I cannot change your thinking, but I will tell you that one day you will have an experience that will bring this truth home to you. Only then, will you be able to understand.

Question: - Dear Master Maitreya,
Before I become spiritual I believe in self-help but after I fell flat on my face several times, I learnt that Spirit controls everything. No matter how hard we try we will fail if things are not destined. But in your teaching you said that we can manifest our own reality. I am getting very confused.Now in your recent newsletter, you are saying we shouldn't interfere with another's lesson. I am also confused. Aren't we supposed to have compassion? Perhaps we do not have the wisdom to practice compassion, as to have no judgment when practicing it. I have always tried to help fellow men if I am able to. Now I am confused ...should I just let them suffer and learn their lessons? E.g.. if we know a friend who will suffer by mixing with bad company, shouldn't we warn her and try to pull her out before she destroys her own life?
Then the issue of freewill really baffles me. Before I become spiritual I believe we are the architect of our own future. After learning about spirituality, I learnt that our freewill is pretty limited. The freewill that we are given are minor ones. Basically our main life path is charted by destiny and we cannot change that.
Now I am confused as to how I should act. I thought may be being passive is the way to spirituality. Do not initiate action. Let Spirit do it and whatever will be will be. I am confused. Please enlighten me. Thank you very much for your wonderful newsletter every month. I look forward to reading them. Sincere gratitude KimAnswer: - Kim. Thank you for your enquiry. Yes, spirit does control everything, and while one is in a lower vibration, it is very difficult to manifest your own reality, but once the vibration starts to be raised, then it becomes easier to manifest, especially when the Self is put out of the way, for it is the Self who is the cause of much that stops this action. Your second question I do not think you read the newsletter properly. I stated:
"You have a saying on the Earth plane that my channel quotes a lot. It is "Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime". There is much you can do to assist a soul on its journey, but there is a time for that. When that time comes, do not make it easy for the soul, but help in whatever way you can. Teach the man to fish, do not feed him! Each soul is on a path of life, a path, which if they choose to do it alone, or with assistance from a spiritual teacher, can move so quickly. THEN, the joys of the Earth plane can be manifested and the rewards experienced." You will note that I stated, TEACH THE MAN TO FISH BUT DO NOT FEED HIM.
I did not state that you were to have no compassion. Each soul has their own lessons, their own path, and you in your thinking it is good, often stop a soul from learning very valuable lessons by interfering and assisting them. No soul is given more than they can bear. No soul accepts more than they can bear. You can assist a person, AND have compassion for them, however, you must not interfere with their learning.
You said yourself "Let Spirit do it" Only WE can assist the soul, either through miracle, or through intervention, but we will tell the one who is to intervene. They will get a clear message. All the while that you are helping the soul, giving of energy, money, emotion, compassion, you are stopping that soul from learning to do it for themselves.
I hope that this will assist you to understand a little better. Each soul has its own plan for this Earth plane. If each soul lived its own plan, the world would be a better more happier place. Interference stops the flow of energy, instead of encouraging it.Maitreya.

Question: - Master, thank you for your excellent site! I have been told that my master is KH and that when I play music the Venetian master is present. My question is how can we best attune to our masters so that the vibration of the music is raised?
My second question is perhaps out of place, but who channels KH and is there a website where I can read his channelings? Thank you - JasperAnswer: - .Jasper, There are many channeling KH, you have to make the discernment about which one is for you. Check the Internet, you should find channels there. They are all around the world. As for having the vibration of the music raised, place a picture of the Master concerned in the room, so that the picture can exude the energy of the Master, where his picture is, his energy is. Do not worship this energy, just enjoy its presence. I hope this information assists you.

Question: - Do you know anything about The Indigo Children? what can you tell us Parents who are blessed with these children? How can we make it easier on us Parents and still help these special children adjust. Are they on a special joint mission? or are they all individuals? is bringing them together suggested and recommended? (I know of several children including one of my own.. I am going crazy, LOL.) Answer: - Lisa. There are many children born in the last twenty Earth years, and still being born, who are very special and gifted children. Yes, they are on a special joint mission, to assist the world with change. They are however, individuals as well. Bringing them together would be very hard to do. These children know who they are, and what they have to do. When they are ready, they will complete their mission. They are indeed, very old souls. Many have never incarnated before on the Earth plane and for these children, or young people, life can be very difficult for them due to their sensitivity, and the harshness of the Earth plane. However, they will cope.

Each soul sets out on the path to clear the karma they have chosen to in this life. Some choose a lot of karma, others a little. It is a choice each soul makes. No other things are required, except that the soul try as much as possible to be aware of the spiritual part of themselves and what it is. As for the three fold flame, I have no comment on this, except to say this was created by man, not by spirit. Every person on the earth plane has a Guardian in Spirit.

Would you please clarify or confirm an intuition that the 144,000 people referred to in the bible is a time and not a quantity?
That is, ALL people of the time 144,000 as indicated through the Mayan Calendar, and not only 144,000 people.
Also is this intuition part of your teachings? Love LesleyAnswer: - Lesley. The Christian Bible today, represents a totally different book to that which originated. It was originally taken from word of mouth, witnesses truth, what they saw, felt and heard. Often, it was written down many years after the event. Since the time of Jesus, it has been changed by so many people, one King, King James ordered that the Bible be made more into Kings English which changed much of the writing and interpretation. It is of the past Lesley, not of the NOW. It is a book written for the truth of the past. Each soul has their own truth, lives in their own truth, one souls truth may not be another's. I cannot confirm your intuition, however, I can inform you to accept what YOU feel. For it may be relevant to your life experience.

Question: - Dear Master - I have read much about creating realities, and believe you have also spoken on this subject. We all have the ability to manifest to some degree. Could you please tell me, at this stage of our evolution, if one approach is more successful than another; in other words, is meditation better than affirmation; is affirmation better than journaling; or do we just think positive thoughts ?
Answer: - Linda. There is no one form of manifesting that is better than the other. The ability to manifest comes with letting go of all Earthly desires and needs and trusting in spirit utterly. Saying affirmations and meditation can both help in this regard. This process can also be speeded up by being in a Masters energy.

Question: - Dearest Maitreya, First of all, I must thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful website and also the Karinya website. I visit them both daily and they make me feel great. My first question has to do with the fact that it appears that it is inevitable that the first human clone will be made soon. What is your view on human cloning? Will souls enter these bodies in the same way they enter bodies which are conceived in the natural way? My second question deals with people who are so interested in tracing their "family tree". I know of people who are obsessed with investigating the cultures of their ancestors (parents, parents of parents, etc.). It seems to me that if they are interested in studying "who they are", that delving into their past lives would be more beneficial than studying their family tree. What is your opinion on this? Isn't who we are based more on the past lives of our soul rather than our former relatives? (I hope I worded this in a way that is understandable) Thank you for your time and energy. Answer: - Mitzi. I have written on cloning on this web site. You will find it in the writings listed. To some souls, finding their origins and family heritage is very important. You ask my opinion on this, each soul should do as they see fit. I have no fixed opinion, it is a matter of choice. Each soul has free will to make choice.

Question: - Dear Maitreya,
I would be grateful if you could let me know about the 7 rays healing technique. Was it used in Atlantean time? Is it powerful?
Another question, you said we can only draw into our energies the soul mates that we have arranged to meet before birth. So if that is the case, then life is pretty destined isn't it? There will be no freewill to choose a different soul on earth because no matter how much we try, we will never be together with a soul because it WAS NOT destined to be. Please elaborate on this...and clear my ignorance if I am wrong.
And also the positions of the planets seems to affect out lives and there is no way going around it. Lets say if at a certain moment the arrangement of the planets will make whatever projects taken fail, then there is no point in trying hard. Again I don't see how freewill will help if it is destined for the project to fail.
And also I understand that we are here to learn lessons. I can understand that it is karma being repaid. However I cannot understand 2 things:
1) Lets say in a past life, a person is being stone to death just because of being a member of a royal blood. This soul has not done anything wrong but she carries Allot of fear into this life. Is it fair in that sense...to carry a lot of negative energy because of the doing of a group of ignorant souls?
2) I don't understand why we have to repay karma that we have done in our past lives when we know nothing about it in this life (to put it crudely, as we are innocent in this life because many do not have soul memories of what happened in our past lives).
I have been questioning the term "freewill" because I feel it is very limited and we have no freewill to change our lives apart for minor issues. Please clear my ignorance. Sincere gratitude KimAnswer: - Kim. All healing modalities are powerful. None is better than the other. With regard to your second question. You are destined to experience lessons with certain people and if you wish to call it, you are destined to be with certain people. However, this is open to choice. You may choose not to be with a partner or a person because you make this decision. Many souls do each Earth day. Free will is the energy to make the choices. Yes, it is so that if the planets are not good for a meeting, then that meeting will not be successful. However, if humanity were to learn about astrology, they would be able to make the choices of when they made appointments etc., it is their choice. Everything is cause and effect. What goes out in energy, must come back as energy. If you give out good, you get good back. If it is not good, it will be the same. Yes, life is about learning lessons, if a person carries fear because of a group of ignorant souls, it will not remove that fear until it frees itself from the karma. Many souls will come back as a group soul to enable this to happen. All of humanity can have the knowledge of their past lives, this can be done with meditation, hypnotherapy, with astrology. There are many ways of doing this. Once they open up to this, it will be able to be seen. It is not hidden from them on this Earth plane, the Self chooses not to see it or experience it. Freewill as you call it, is choice.

Question: - Hello Lord Maitreya, I have many questions, but I'll only ask a few. I have heard of the Hidden Masters, I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm asking these questions because you have wisdom. 1) Before the visible things were created, the Lord took the form of the Man. All things exist within the man, also that Man and men are one. Is this true? Also when Jesus was referring to the living Father, was he referring to the Man? I know he refers himself to the son of man.
2) Are there invisible things which some may call beasts, do they exist? And do these beast devours other of there own kind?
3) Also tell me about myself, I only know a little about myself. 4) I am ashamed to say, there is many times when desire overcomes me and I move away from truth. But there is always something inside me that brings me back. I do not want to move away from truth, what can I do to rid desire from myself? It's extremely hard. I appreciated your wisdom and understanding.
Answer: - Peter. The God source or the Lord as you call it, is the collective energy of all humanity, but it has no self or negative energy, it is pure love. When Jesus referred to this energy as his living Father, it was because he could feel this energy as if it were within him, a living energy. It was also because this energy was like a Father to him, a very loving Father. There are no beasts Peter, only those within your mind. I cannot answer your third question because it is a personal one and I do not answer those questions on this page.

Question: - Master I have been reading some books about god. And I read that there’s infinite universe within him. Ok and also that every creation (in the universe and higher plans too) will go to a cycle that will be born and will go back to the source or god once he finish and then once every thing has gone to the whole cycle god will go rest. For another eons of time. Sound a little bit like the big bang theory. Master could you explain that better to me. Thank you master.
Answer: - William, God as you and humanity call it, is a collective energy. It is neither male or female. It is perfection, in that it judges nobody. It does not hate, have envy, doubt, fear. It is pure love. When one is in the energy of this form, there is the most wonderful feeling. The purpose for you on the earth plane is to become as god. To create what is known as heaven - on earth. When that is done, the purpose of god, or the source, will be no more. It is there as a teacher for humanity if they wish it, for souls to raise their vibration.

Should we continue to pray for peace/light in the Middle East situation, or is this of much further use? Birkin speak purely Maitreya's thoughts/words when channeling, or could some answers be influenced by her own thoughts, wishes, etc.? Answer: - Tara. My channel has been visiting a sick daughter in a distant place, hence the delay in reply to you. Yes, I enjoy using Margaret's body because it means I can communicate with the Earth plane and do my teaching. Life is far better in the spirit world. There is no Self, only Higher Self and so there is no ego. Try to imagine a place without ego, it is difficult to do but it exists. Yes, you should continue to pray for trouble not only in the Middle East but also in other places too. The more prayers, the more energy that is given in a positive way to it.
There is no fixed number of people who are as you call it 'conscious light-workers". There are souls who once they have raised their vibration become aware of their destiny to work for spirit. It is open to individual choice though. Margaret and I have become one. She went through extensive and for her very hard training to enable me to work with her as one. It is what is known as a Dichotomy, two souls in one body. I am with her all of the time, I am connected by an Etheric web from her physical body. I know of all that she does, and she knows all that I do. There are a lot of souls being born today on the Earth plane who are very highly evolved but not all babies being born are this way.Maitreya.

Question: - Dear Teacher, I have a question to you regarding "Love". What is it? Sometimes it is really hard to discern between True Love and many other things. For example, oftentimes I witness people smiling at each other, saying their stupid "Hi", "How are you!", "Oh, I'm sorry", etc. They are being nice and smiley but this cannot be an expression of Love! Also, some people do their service guided by thoughts such as: "Oh, I am becoming so spiritual!". Or they do that, just because of the fear that they will be in the same bad conditions as the people they are helping to! For many Love is a kind of investment: they do something, expecting some kind of return. This return can be something very basic like a smile or something abstract and silly like "spiritual advancement" -- a "payment" for their "selflessness". If we admit Love then we admit Hatred and again we have all these concepts of "good" and "bad". Please expand on that, Teacher.
Answer: - Ilya. You ask "What is Love"? Love is the acceptance of a person as they are without wanting to change them. It is wanting to be with the person to help them and to be there for them. Love does not criticize. Love does not boast, gossip, cheat, or lie. Love is not afraid to speak out if something is wrong. Love is many things. When one has love for another, one can then feel for that person regardless of whatever their make-up should be. They may carry weight, they may have bodily infirmities, but for the one who loves, they see only the beauty within. They never see the infirmities. It is the Self who sees the infirmities and wants perfection. The Higher Self accepts as is. Does not see any imperfection. It loves the soul, not the person. That is what love is.

Question: - Master what should you do when you are trying to raise your vibrations, be positive getting rid of fears but someone that you can't avoid like your room mate is so angry about everything that the anger is so big that you can feel it. That makes me feel weird cause I don't know what to do. What is the spiritual way to handle it? Thank you Master.
Answer: - William. The situation here is to give the situation no energy. Why do you let it bother you? There must be some past life conditioning there for it to affect you. If you can learn detachment, you will find that this persons anger will not affect you. When you are in the room with this person, before you enter the room, ask of your guides and Master for protection, just ask for it. Just say "My Master and Guides, I ask for protection in this room from the anger of ........ and then let go. You will find that it should not affect you as much and as you practice detachment more and more, you could be in a middle of a football field and yet it will be as if you are all alone.

Question: - Thank you for your response to my previous question regarding love. Can you please discuss the Universal Law of Attraction, specifically in relation to mates/husbands/wives, etc. I understand that all thoughts (i.e. good and bad) create our realities especially when emotions drive the thoughts. Therefore, if I desire/want a certain individual and think about this person a lot...I will draw this person or someone similar? Correct? This seems strange or rather immoral since you would be in a sense tampering with their will??? This law confuses me a little, especially in regards to mates. An explanation would be great. Thanks. Answer: - Bethany. You draw into your energy the partner that you have chosen to learn lessons with in this incarnation. These people come to assist you to let go of the emotional body and move forward in vibration, it is often hard to do because one is usually in past life mode and this is often not recognized, and the Self creates an illusion which stops you from making the changes. You will only draw into your energy that which has been programmed into your mind before your were born. You cannot draw anyone who is not in your life plan.

Question: - Time, distance and lack of money keep lovers apart. Through the Internet people are finding their lovers. But the lack of money and the distances keeps most of these lovers apart. Time just passes and the hurting grows deeper. Why do these things continue into this new millennium? How much longer does the pain of separation have to continue before lovers around the world can come together? Is there no end to the tears that must fall before lovers can be joined together? The system and society makes it difficult for people to come together with their lovers. Can we make this first year of the millennium 2001 a year in which lovers around the world can get together and having their tears wiped away from their eyes? How do we achieve this to manifest? Can we make it in the twinkling of an eye?
Answer: - Kjell. Humanity does not realize that they can create their own reality. Money, travel, they are all possible to be attained, no soul has to go without, they create hardship. They do this to themselves because of their belief system, and because of the illusion of the Earth plane which creates the thought that all there is, is what is around. We from spirit are trying to teach another way, but humanity does not want to know. It has to do with fear, the fear of change and the fear of the unknown. Once Humanity has the answers, then they can free themselves to create all that they need.

I will try my best to use the right words to phrase my question and I will trust that the Master will know the information I am seeking...How do you know if you are truly "in love" with another? Answer: - Bethany. This is a very interesting question. Thank you for asking it. You know when you are truly in love with another person when you know in your heart that you want to be with that person for the future. However, any relationship needs to be worked at and understanding each other is a very important factor in any love relationship. Past Life memory may surface which could cause problems. However, if in your heart you feel that you want to be with this person, that is how you know. If also, you can see that person and not make criticism of them, but accept them for who they are, regardless of any internal or external blemishes, then you truly love in every sense of the word.

Answer: - Sherri. It should not be a problem for you. You should be able to follow your interest in the spiritual. It will only be a problem if you let it bother you. You can either give it energy or not. It is up to your decision or choice.

Question: - Dear Teacher, Where does the fear of violence arise from? Could it be just thinking or is it more about some physical abuse memory that a soul might have? Could you suggest a way to lessen if not to eliminate such fear? Thank you, Alexei
Answer: - Alexei. The main cause of violence comes from past life experiences. The only way to lessen the fear is to either go into the soul memory and clear it out. Seek someone to help you do this such as a person who deals with past life regression, or say affirmations which will take away the fear, or face the fear in its entirety.Maitreya.

Question: - Dearest Lord Maitreya, I send you my deepest appreciation and gratitude. Today, Lord Maitreya, I would like ask the following:
1. Have the verses of the Bhagavad-Gita Gita also suffered the same "alterations" as the Holy Bible, etc.?
2. I have read from a book entitled "The Rainbow Bridge", written by anonymous disciples of the Master Djwal Khul, about techniques for the "invocation of the Soul" and the "building of the Central Vertical Channel" or "Antahkarana" or "Rainbow Bridge", between the Soul and the personality. All of the books written over the Earth years, and especially those written many Earth years ago have been changed along the way. Some of them are so unlike the original copy that it is almost like a different book. Take for instance the book known as the Bible. This is a fine book with many wonderful writings, but the original script had sections in it about astrology and other metaphysical sciences. Over the Earth years, it has been translated, interpreted in so many ways, it is not surprising that the book is not like the original. The same can be said of all the other books written over the earth years from different religious viewpoints. As for your second question. Again, some people following the practices you mention, do very well at them and they do in some cases, raise their vibration. However for the majority of people they fine the exercises very hard to do. It was the habit in the early years of the spiritual movement to make it as complicated as possible. Take Madame Blavatasky's books such as "The Secret Doctrine" to many this is a fine book and they understand it very much, for others, they need to buy another book which will help them understand "The Secret Doctrine". We have devised a more simple way, it is the Masters courses, and over three courses, one can raise ones vibration very easily and quickly. Many find that just one course is sufficient to raise their vibration to assist them to communicate with us. There is only one way to raise the vibration to be able to communicate with us, and that is to conquer the Self. When one has done that, one becomes one with God.

Answer: - Kim. The Golden Web and Kethric Level I am not familiar with for these are terms that have been created by humanity over a period of Earth Time. Humanity have created many names and organizations which do not exist, but which in their truth they believe exist. As for the Great White Brotherhood, we are not Great and White, we are just the Brotherhood. We are a group of Ascended Masters who wish to assist the Earth plane. We are working through channels teaching those who wish to hear and change their lives, about the spiritual path and of their involvement with that and how they can make their lives better.

Question: - Master- My original question was to be: as all time is NOW and all incarnations running parallel ,is it possible to 'sidestep' into one of your other incarnations and help yourself in some way ?(spiritually that is )
In phrasing this question I found I was answering it myself, in that as our REAL SELF is the HIGHER SELF and all our incarnations are from that higher self, then we do interact across incarnations as we are all the same ONE. This was my answer, and this often happens as I am asking questions. I am wondering if this is just my little self being a KNOW ALL or am I hearing my higher self? I am remembering one of your writings which said the little self likes to kid us that it knows all the answers! Is the nature of the answer I give myself a clue as to whether it is from the HIGHER SELF or not? Or is it the inner feeling that the answer is correct? (remembering that in in another of your writings you said 'if it is from the heart ,it is from US) Or is the answer only correct as far as the boundaries of my spiritual comprehension will allow? Since your reading with me you have stopped questioning as much as you did and now just accept. Because of this you are now in tune with the highest energy. Keep asking your questions on a spiritual level, for you will get the answers, just as you did with this one. It is the questions such as "But how will I do it" and "But what happens if it does not work" and "What if I am a failure" that are from the Self. The Higher Self does not need to ask such questions, it just knows that if you go with the flow so to speak, or as Margaret states, "run with it" the Universe will provide all the answers.

Question: - Master I'm trying to get rid of all fears so I can start to rise my vibrations. Then I thought and ask myself if all the fears are bad or some are necessary in order to survive. Like fear to physical damage or in anyway like a husband beating his wife she could fear that if she stay she could get really hurt or die so in fear she leave. That is just an example. Question: - Dearest Lord Maitreya, 1. Do you in the spirit world have any good jokes about humanity? I imagine we must appear quite comical on many occasions. Could you share one or two with us? Or share with us what kinds of things are humorous on your level of evolution? I ask because I am sure that laughter is not exclusive to the earth plane.
2. When I vortex ( not as often as I should I must say), I can feel a tingly feeling from my neck down through the rest of my body. It often can make me shudder. Is this a sign of effectiveness, and how may I increase or improve the results, if any? Is there any moment of the day more effective than the other? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Answer: - William. This is not true. There are many who wish to instill fear into the minds of people. It is these people who say these things. Look at what happened with the Millennium, the fear that was created with that. People would not even fly in airplanes because of the fear mongering. Go with your own feelings William, they will never let you down.

Answer: - Jon. Yes, it would be accurate to state that those who oppress and kill and harm others are not awakened! Once a soul becomes enlightened then they can change, and usually it is only then that they 'see the light'. Yes, it is also possible for your negative thoughts to come back to you and as you say; 'haunt' you. You can cancel this by changing the thinking, for instance if in the past one has been negative and this thought has constantly gone out there, especially about ones health, and take this as an example. One can by thinking positive, change the negative programming which is out in the Universe. All thought IS energy. Whatever is thought, HAS to become. It is inevitable.

Question: - Dear master Maitreya, You mentioned several times that a lot of the explanation cannot be put on the web because of space reasons. You also mentioned that most of the answers are taught in Master Course. Is it possible to channel your teaching and publish it in a book form or correspondent Master Course? I think this will help many who are unable to attend the Master Course due to financial, circumstances. time and distance problems. In this way, your teaching (of the Master Course) can reach far more people as well as encourage those who have read the book to attend the Master Course personally. This is just my suggestion and may not be feasible as I do not know the nature of this Master Course.
Answer: - Kim. Your suggestion has merit. However, it is being in the energy of the course that is the main ingredient. It is the energy that makes the transformation possible which raises the vibration. When one is sitting in the energy, it is then that the transformation takes place. Many souls say they cannot afford to travel, or to do the course, yet they can, they can do anything. They are so used to limiting themselves and living in poverty consciousness that they know no other way. All of the souls who have done the Masters course so far have thought they could not afford to do it, yet they have gone beyond that belief and attended the course. From that experience, they have changed their lives.
It is hoped that one day, video conferencing will be possible on the Internet to enable the course to be taught online. Even then the students will not be in the energy, and it will not be as powerful as being in the presence of spirit. Only when a soul has completed the Beginners Masters course can they know of the necessity to be in the energy.Maitreya.

Question: - Dearest Lord Maitreya, Thank you oh so very much for the time you dedicate to us all !! I would like to ask you the following:
1. Should we not try to maintain in the flesh as long as possible those souls who have succumb to perpetrating violence, murder, rape, etc., instead of releasing this energy by executing them? By not executing them, wouldn't we be allowing an opportunity for some kind of soul healing before they leave the earth plane? How can we help these tormented souls?
2. What would be your advice concerning the most effective way to establish relationships (friends, partners, etc.) that were based on the communication of the souls.
3. Could you suggest any words that one could remember to recite when any form of lower temptation were creeping into the mind, or when anger begins to flare up, etc?
4. All during my life I have experienced (and still do) what people call "deja vu". Could this be a kind of "lifting of the veil" or simply some mental phenomenon. Again thank you, BenAnswer: - Ben, 1. All that happens is ordained. Whatever a soul gives out, they will receive back. This is happening at the moment on the Earth plane; all action is because of reaction. However, we are trying to teach a different way. Humanity does not realize that by killing those who perpetrate murder, violence, rape etc., they do not get rid of the problem, the soul just reincarnates with soul memory which if often not cleared, and often they commit the same crime again. Education of spirit is the answer, and humanity is just waking to this need now.
2. I do not have advice regarding this. Each soul has to find their own way on this. You are all different identities, what will be good for on, is not good for another. See my channeling on TRUTH.
3. Yes, the affirmation would be, I give no energy to this situation, it is an illusion put there to teach or test me.
4.Deja vu is mainly caused by past life memories, but also before you are born you have a dress rehearsal of your life. It is then that you get to change your plan if that is what you wish to do because what you have chosen may be too hard. Once the incarnation is experienced, when you have deja vu it can be because you have a memory of it from the dress rehearsal.Maitreya.

Question: - Dear Master, Thank you very much for answering my previous question. I kind of have a not so positive view of life. Please correct me if I am wrong. Those who are born on earth are here to refine their souls and to repay karmic debts by learning lessons. In a way, life is a suffering until lessons have been overcome. Some lifetimes are at the "tragedy" end of the spectrum until victorious triumph is not possible, merely not falling into the "dark" end is considered a victory. For these souls, happiness on earth is not possible because of the very difficult lessons brought by the souls. In these circumstances, I view life as a "sentence" until death frees the soul.
Is there a spiritual solution to every problem that gives the soul a freewill/choice to walk the right path? E.g.. sometimes a soul is forced to do negative thing in order to survive. A man may be forced to kill in self defense of himself. Karma may be repaid but isn't it also being created?
What if a man who is about to die of hunger is forced to steal food because of such circumstances? As for those souls having an easy life or "breather" between more dramatic incarnations, why are they born on earth?
Another question is if time is a continuum without ending nor beginning, is it possible for a spiritually evolved soul to travel to a time before a particular karma was created to fix it so that the present life on earth is better (with the karma repaid). I am talking this in terms of astral travel or past life regression to fix a problem that has been brought to this lifetime. The soul travels to that period of time, replay that lifetime to change the consequences. Your comments and teaching are very much appreciated. With gratitude. Kim
Answer: - Kim. Yes, all souls are on the Earth plane in physical form to learn their lessons and repay karma. However, with a knowledge of metaphysics in all its areas, life can cease to be a difficult time, or a 'dark' time. Each soul is able to create their own reality, regardless of karma or life lessons. With the knowledge of metaphysics life can become less difficult and an adventure not a dread. This is the teaching that we in spirit are trying to teach humanity through our channels and teaching. Life is only a 'sentence until death frees the soul" if one believes that. There is another reality, another way, through metaphysics which can make life so much easier. It was for this reason that we created the Master of Metaphysics course. It is the easy way you mention of 'fixing' the problem. It is not possible however to time travel to change a problem, however, it is possible through past life regression. It is finished then, once and for all. Earth plane energy, also creates an illusion that life has to be hard, difficult, negative. It does not have to be this way, you have the choice to choose. Many souls however, are frightened of changing. It is this fear which keeps them bound to the Earth plane, unable to move forward. Once the new way is chosen, life can become a joy to live.
